Refund policy

  • Customized items – Non-returnable

Some of the products available on www.lefildondine.com are made to order and customized according to your choices (fabrics, colors, names, formats, etc.).
These unique creations cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, which excludes the right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer’s specifications.

We encourage you to take the time to carefully consider your choices before placing a personalized order.

  • Non-customized items – Return available within 14 days

For non-customized items (in-stock products), you have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In its original packaging, with all tags still attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return requests must be made by email to: lefildondine@gmail.com

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.


Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

🧵 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. lefildondine@gmail.com

💳 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
